Task Description: I’m looking for someone to help me find and recruit at least 4 suitable candidates for a VCE Maths tutor role (atleast 2 must be female) . The tutors need to be able to teach: General Maths or Maths Methods (VCE) or both Year 7–10 Maths What you’ll do: Find candidates – Search on tutoring websites, Facebook groups, any way to find math tutors in melbourne Reach out to them – Send messages introducing the opportunity and checking if they’re open to joining. I can setup an email you can use to create accounts on various platforms . screening: If they are interested aska few basic questions to see if they suit the opportunity e.g Let them know the role will involve a mix of online and in-person tutoring, with in-person sessions held at Ivanhoe Library or Northcote Library ( or another library near them). Get their resume. If you think they are suitable get them to book a call with me. If they are successful with the discovery call send them the interview process document etc What I’m looking for: At least 4 strong candidates who meet the criteria. Clear communication and professional outreach. Someone proactive who can filter out unsuitable tutors and only pass on good quality leads. Deliverables: Contact at least 10+ potential tutors. Secure at least4 confirmed interested candidates who are ready to move to the resume/call stage.
