Virtual but must live in greater Melbourne I am a Human Services student (28M) launching a specialized Youth Mentoring Pilot. I need a Marketing Assistant to manage the recruitment campaign on my behalf. I have the flyer design and the benefits ready. I need you to execute the marketing strategy to find one suitable young person (or a shortlist of leads). What I need you to do: Facebook Community Posts: Join specific local groups and post my ad copy on my behalf. You will need to monitor the comments and forward valid leads to me. The Hook: A mentoring program for kids who love Cars, Gaming, and Adventure but hate traditional therapy. The Mentor: Me (28M, Human Services Student). I have "lived experience" with bullying and use shared interests to build resilience. The Cost: Free/Low Cost (Student Project). Safety & Trust Assets (To help you sell it): I will provide you with all the credentials needed to reassure parents: ✅ Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). ✅ National Police Check. ✅ Professional Scripts & "Safety" talking points. ✅ A Google Form link for parents to express interest.
