I am looking for an experienced social media specialist to professionally set up Facebook and Instagram business profiles for my paediatric travel and vaccination clinic (kidsdoc.au). I will provide some logo files and brand colours based on our existing website but you will need to add to this. This job is for account setup and optimisation, not ongoing posting or ads. Scope of work: Create and fully configure Facebook Business Page and Instagram Business Profile Correct business category, contact details, location, website link and booking links Write professional bio and about section aligned with the medical clinic brand Set up profile image and cover image using provided branding Design basic branded highlight covers (eg Vaccines, Travel, BCG, Clinic Info) Create 6 starter posts with captions and relevant hashtags based on resources section of website Ensure visual style matches website branding Link Instagram and Facebook accounts correctly Add call to action buttons such as Book Now or Contact to booking service Transfer full admin ownership to my Business Manager account on completion Requirements: Proven experience setting up business Facebook and Instagram pages Experience with healthcare or professional services preferred Understanding of Australian healthcare advertising guidelines is a strong plus Please include examples of pages you have previously set up Good communication and ability to deliver within agreed timeframe Deliverables: Live Facebook and Instagram business profiles All assets editable and ownership transferred to me Simple handover instructions if needed

Hi, I’m looking for someone with fresh ideas to boost my social media accounts - currently 58k followers on Tik Tok but going backwards not forwards and getting ‘shadow banned’ with new content. Insta hovers around 5-6k and I haven’t been able to boost this for over 2 years - by now I should have double or triple the number of followers - these are the main two - FB isn’t as important - need someone to look at my accounts and work on boosting views - there are government regulations preventing certain kinds of posts etc so will need to work within guidelines - let me know if this is of interest
