Body / Description We’re a growing property buyer’s agency focused on helping investors secure high-quality Australian property opportunities. We’re looking for a Meta Ads research specialist to analyse competitors in the property investing / buyer’s agency space and deliver clear, actionable insights we can use to improve our Facebook & Instagram advertising. This role is research + strategic analysis only (no ad account access required). ⸻ What You’ll Be Doing • Research active Meta ads from property buyer’s agencies, investment firms, and related competitors • Analyse static image ads and video ads (hooks, creatives, messaging, CTAs, angles) • Identify: • Winning headlines & opening hooks (first 3–5 seconds) • Offer structures (lead magnets, webinars, free reports, strategy calls, etc.) • Emotional triggers used for investors (fear, certainty, growth, cash flow, tax, lifestyle) • Visual patterns (faces vs text, charts, lifestyle, property images) • Break down what’s working and why • Highlight gaps and opportunities we can exploit in our own ads ⸻ Deliverables • A short competitor summary (top 5–10 advertisers) • Screenshots or links to ads found (Meta Ad Library) • Written breakdown of: • Best-performing angles • Repeating themes across competitors • Recommended creative directions for our brand • Optional bonus: suggested ad hook ideas based on your findings ⸻ Ideal Experience • Proven experience researching Meta/Facebook ads • Familiar with Meta Ad Library • Strong understanding of property investing or financial services marketing (highly preferred) • Ability to think strategically — not just list ads, but explain why they work • Clear written communication ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
