Hi! I run a Melbourne-based social media marketing agency with 5 employees and multiple active clients. I’m looking for an experienced ClickUp specialist to fully set up our internal system so we can manage everything in one place. This is not a basic task list setup — I need someone who understands agency workflows and can build something clean, scalable, and easy for my team to use. What I need set up in ClickUp: • Client dashboards (one per client) • Client info • Package details (e.g. number of videos per month) • Custom fields to track videos delivered vs remaining (automated if possible) • Content ideas / content planning (replacing Apple Notes) • Team task management • Tasks assigned to each employee • Due dates, priorities, and notifications • Content shoot planning • Calendar view for shoots • Ability to see when a new shoot is needed based on remaining content • Time tracking / timesheets • Employees clock in and out against tasks • Reports for hours worked per employee • Simple automations • Monthly reset of deliverables • Task/status updates where appropriate • Basic onboarding walkthrough (recorded Loom or written guide) Important notes: • We currently schedule posts directly through Instagram and TikTok — no need to set up scheduling tools • I want this to be as low-maintenance as possible for me • I will provide: • Client list • Team roles • Package structures • Any existing notes or examples Requirements: • Proven experience setting up ClickUp for creative agencies or service businesses • Strong understanding of automations and custom fields • Clear communication and ability to suggest best-practice workflows Please include: • Examples of previous ClickUp setups (screenshots or descriptions) • Estimated timeline to complete setup

I’m looking for an experienced Peer Support & Education Coordinator to work with a recently launched, values-driven digital platform that supports companions working within the adult industry. This is a paid, ongoing contract opportunity, with the potential to move into a longer-term or permanent role if it’s a strong fit on both sides. The role focuses on peer support, education, and resource sharing for companions in the industry. This may include helping develop and share resources, offering guidance, contributing to workshops, and supporting wellbeing through a trauma-informed, non-judgemental approach, through our members only social media platforms.
