We’re looking for a calm, reliable Community Leader to manage and moderate our private, members-only WhatsApp and Facebook groups for companions who have joined our modern marketplace and directory platform within the adult industry. This role focuses on community moderation, communication, and consistency. It is not a marketing, strategy, counselling, or therapy role. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable holding space in female-dominated, peer-led communities and supporting companions with empathy, discretion, and strong boundaries. Key responsibilities: Moderate private WhatsApp and Facebook groups Welcome members and reinforce group guidelines Post pre-approved updates, reminders, and announcements Encourage respectful, positive engagement De-escalate minor issues and escalate concerns to the founder Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times You’ll work alongside our existing admin team, including a companion-focused admin and an educational support contributor, following clear processes and approvals.
