Scope Fix and restructure campaigns affected by Call-Only Ads being phased out Optimise existing ads (not from scratch) Improve keywords & negative keywords Currently receiving calls for mechanic work (we don’t do this) Improve booking quality and conversions Weekly check-ins during the first month Performance updates incl. competitor insights Ongoing Work If results are shown, there is ongoing contractor work and additional automotive clients. I’m looking to engage an experienced Zoho CRM expert to set up Zoho CRM (Free or Standard plan) for lead management and automated follow-ups. We operate two separate business functions: KBA and KC. Each uses a different domain and email identity and must be configured separately within Zoho. Leads will be manually added into Zoho (no website forms). Leads originate from emails received in our inboxes. Once created, leads will be assigned to the correct pipeline and all follow-ups and reminders should run automatically. We require two pipelines: Pipeline 1 – KBA, Pipeline 2 – KC. Each pipeline must have its own stages and automation logic. Email configuration is critical. Each pipeline must send emails using its own domain and identity, including From address, Reply-to address, and email signature. Zoho must ensure emails are sent from the correct domain based on pipeline, replies go to the correct inbox, and there is no cross-sending between pipelines. Automation requirements include stage-based automated email follow-ups with different timing and content per pipeline. All email templates will be provided. Google Calendar integration is required. Appointments must sync to the correct calendar, include automated email reminders, and align with the correct pipeline. Out of scope: website forms, advanced marketing automation, and third-party lead sources. Please confirm feasibility on Zoho Free vs Standard, any limitations with multiple domains or pipeline-based automation.
