I am looking for an experienced CAD designer (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar) to modify my existing bag tag design and produce a clean, parametric STL file suitable for multicolour 3D printing. This is for Scouts NSW Joey Scouts bag tags. You will need to: • Take my existing badge design (supplied as image / SVG / STL) • Add the Scouts fleur-de-lis logo into the design • Ensure both the Joey head logo and Scout logo fit neatly within the inner blue section and inside the border • Produce a clean, print-ready STL file Most importantly: • The year must be editable (parametric) so I can easily change it (2026 → 2027 → 2028 etc) Preferred method: Fusion 360 parametric file (.f3d) with editable text parameter Exact design specifications Overall diameter: 60 mm (ideal) Range: 50–70 mm Base layer thickness: 2.0 mm Raised features height: +0.6 mm Total thickness: 2.6 mm Border thickness: 2.4–3.0 mm Ring hole Inside diameter: 5 mm Minimum acceptable: 4.5 mm Outer ring thickness: 2.5–3 mm Colour layers (for multicolour printing) Blue background HEX: #1F3A5F Orange border HEX: #F58220 White features (text, logos) HEX: #FFFFFF Experience with: • Fusion 360 (preferred) • Parametric modelling • Designing for multicolour 3D printing • Creating clean STL files Bonus if experienced with: • Orca Flashforge • Multicolour layer separation
