LED strip lights on the skirting board and wall are taking the paint off when trying to remove them. Citrus chemical was applied but they are still glued to the wall. Most likely, the paint will come off when the strips are removed. I need someone to fix/patch it up and match the paint. The job needs to be done as soon as possible.

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced to carry out a standard reverse-cycle air-conditioning service, with a quick Oyster ceiling light swap done at the same time (not a separate job). 1. Standard reverse-cycle air-conditioning service Unit: Dakin reverse-cycle split system Routine service only, including: clean/check filters clean/check indoor & outdoor coils general operational check No repairs no upselling required Normally my dad (a Fridge/Aircon mechanic) does this for me, but he’s overseas until May hence the no fault finding upselling necessary, I like to have it serviced around this time of year, and I’m on leave this week, so I’d prefer it done by the end of the week if possible. 2. Oyster ceiling light swap (included as part of the same job) Oyster Lite ceiling light is already mostly removed Just need someone experienced to: disconnect the existing wires from the plate reconnect them to a new Oyster light fitting Like-for-like swap only No rewiring, no investigation This is a small, quick add-on to the AC service (10–20 minutes) I don’t like playing with wiring myself even though it is designed as a DIY light fitting so would prefer someone who has done this before obviously as well as the air con standard service. Open to quotes PLEASE QUOTE WHAT YOU FEEL THE JOB IS WORTH TO YOU - both jobs inclusive in the quote please not separated. I AM AWARE OF STANDARD CHARGES FOR AIR CONDITIONER SERVICES AND VARIANCES BUT ALSO BE MINDFUL THE EXTRA 10-20 MINUTE JOB AS WELL RE LIGHT FITTING- I don't necessarily take the cheapest I take note more of the review(s). Need an experienced carpenter/decking handyman to make-safe an outdoor timber deck where a section has separated, creating a long gap/trip hazard. Scope (Make-safe only): Inspect the affected area and identify immediate hazards Re-fix/secure any loose decking boards (prefer screws) Remove/hammer down any protruding nails/screws Install a temporary but solid bridging/capping solution across the gap so it’s safe to walk over If needed, add minimal blocking/packing underneath at the join only to stop movement (no full re-levelling) Note: This task is make-safe only (not a full structural rebuild).
