Regular domestic cleaning needed for a two-story home in Shailer Park, Qld. Whilst the home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, only one bedroom and two bathrooms are regularly used. The cleaning will include mopping timber floors, wiping bench tops, dusting, cleaning showers and toilets, etc. Some sundry errands will be also required. These include general grocery shopping, basic ironing (mostly shirts), sometimes taking clothes to/from dry cleaners plus basic food preparation (e.g. cutting of vegetables). For the right candidate, this is a regular, long term arrangement with constant work. I am a former national manager and for the past decade have since operated my own business. However, I am very time-poor and run a very scheduled life. So, your punctuality and reliability will be vital for an ongoing arrangement. I’m looking for a highly organised, detail oriented person to help reorganise a small storage unit and make it fully functional and easy to access. This task requires someone with good initiative who can assess the space and decide on the most practical layout/storage, not just move items around. What needs to be done • Assemble two new clothes racks (existing racks have broken due to weight) • Move and organise clothing onto the new racks in a sensible, balanced way • Reorganise existing boxes within the unit so items are neat, accessible and clearly arranged • Optimise the layout so the space is easy to move around and actually usable Important notes • All items are already in the same storage unit • No transport between units is required • Careful handling of clothing and belongings is important Please include a brief note about your experience with organising, storage, or similar work when applying.

Need a reliable person to help clean our 4 bedroom / 1 bathroom house Notes: Looking for a cleaner to help us once a week. Please only apply if you can provide a regular service every week. We need help with the following items: All the usual things – vacuum all floors, mop tiled areas, dust / clean surfaces. Change bed sheets, make beds etc. Clean kitchen including stacking/unstack dishwasher, put away clean dishes, wash dirty dishes, empty bins Clean bathroom and toilet and empty bin Tidy / leave any mess in neat piles. Please note we do not require any laundry to be folded or sorted as we will do this ourselves. Approx 3-4 hours with the above tasks changing slightly each week. Preferred 2 people to come for 1.5-2 hours on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. All the usual police checks required.
