My dad lives on 1.25 acres and often needs a hand to look after the place. I'd like someone I can call on regularly, who's local so it's easy for them to get there, that knows how to use a whippersnipper and can burn about at a confident pace (not take 4 hours to do 1 hours work because they've never held a whippersnipper before). I don't mind paying cash later on. Dad always has other tasks he needs help with... moving, digging, weeding etc. Suit a young bloke nearby.
