In its place assemble LASTARE 33JHNZ3 (80cm 4-drawer chest, 80cm frame with doors above, 80cm height extension on top, approx 2360mm). Fix to wall. BEDROOM 3 Assemble and wall-fix LASTARE 33JJML5: three columns 60+60+40, each with a height extension, approx 2360mm. Plus two BILLY bookcases (80cm and 40cm), each with a height extension, on the return wall beside it. These must MATCH: both runs finish level and read as one built-in. The BILLY run continues past the internal corner so its end sits flush with the wardrobe's front face. LIVING ROOM Dismantle two pieces of furniture and a shelf and pack for resale: back the fittings out rather than levering, bag and label per item, wrap the panels. In their place assemble and install BESTA 33JPSZ7: 10 frames (incl. TV bench and a 192cm tall frame), 11 doors on soft-close hinges, 10 shelves, 9 suspension rails for the wall-hung sections. HALLWAY: Two BERGSHULT/GRANHULT wall shelves. About 30 min. WALLS AND FIXINGS - MOST IMPORTANT Plasterboard with metal studs behind. I already have: - Fischer DUOPOWER 6x30 with screws (50) - Fischer DUOPOWER 8x40 with screws (50) - GeeFix heavy-duty cavity fixings (20-25) Use these if suitable, but please tell me what you would add. I know ordinary plugs are not ideal in thin metal studs, so if you would rather bring self-drilling screws, or batten across several studs to hang the BESTA, please do and price it in. I have children aged 3 and 5 and a baby due in December. Every freestanding unit anchored, no exceptions. I would rather overengineer and do it once. POWER Socket already under the TV, extension leads ready. NO ELECTRICIAN NEEDED. CREW AND TIMING: I would rather have more people on site and finish in 2-3 days.

I need a skilled carpenter/handyman to modify my current TV setup so the TVs sit completely flush against the wall, with all cables and devices hidden. Right now, the brackets are mounted on a timber board, which makes the TVs stick out. I need the brackets set inside the wall, and I also need the media device to be passed through the wall and housed inside a closed ledge/box on the opposite side. Scope of work: • Remove existing timber mounting board • Cut a rectangular recess into the wall deep enough for the bracket system • Build a support frame/box inside the wall • Install the bracket inside the cavity • Pass the media device through the wall • Build a closed timber ledge/box on the opposite side to house the device • Add ventilation gaps + neat finishing • Route power + HDMI cables through the wall • Mount the TV fully flush with no visible gap • Leave the wall tidy (basic finishing) Wall details: • Mixed surface: plasterboard + tiled section • Opposite side accessible • Brackets and device already on site
