I'm a staff at a small retail business. One of our customers submitted a complaint at NCAT. We tried to resolve offline but in vain. Rather than waiting for the hearing to occur, this individual continues to post sensitive information about this hearing and making bad comments online in different forums thus posing great risk to my employer's business reputation. I want to file a complaint against him. But since we're based in victoria and he's in NSW, which Tribunal or government entity should be the best organisation to receive our complaint. Or any legal advise about this matter in general? Would be appreciated

Seeking an SA-admitted lawyer for a limited, appearance-only role in a company director dispute. All documents already prepared. Just need someone to stand in for the company and oversee procedure. I need a lawyer admitted to practice in South Australia to assist in a limited capacity with an ongoing company director dispute in the Adelaide Magistrates Court. As the matter is for representing a company a lawyer is needed. All necessary paperwork and arguments have been filed in the court. I just need a lawyer to orally present the matter in a hearing at the Magistrates Court to tick the box for that requirement. All affidavits, submissions, and supporting documents/exhibitions have already been prepared. I only require a lawyer to: Appear or be listed as solicitor on record for the company And present existing written arguments; and Provide minimal procedural oversight to ensure compliance with the Uniform Civil Rules 2020 (SA). This is a limited scope engagement. Open to low-cost or pro bono arrangements depending on availability and level of involvement. I will provide the legal docs on request. The opposing party withdrew 60k from the company's bank account to his personal account. He is a 50% shareholder of the company and the applicant is 50% Respondent does not argue with the material fact that he withdrew the money. He just argues it was legal. So I am seeking summary judgment for that claim & dismissal of his counter claim + no leave to relitigate.
