The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, breach of contract, and client solicitation cases. *Key Requirements:* - Admitted solicitor with current practising certificate in Victoria - Experience representing clients in court (preferably employment or commercial disputes) - Ability to provide clear legal advice on cease and desist actions and potential next steps - Familiarity with confidentiality, non-solicitation, and breach of contract matters *Scope of Work:* 1. *Initial Consultation:* We require a one-hour paid consultation to discuss our situation, assess our legal position, and clarify possible actions and costs involved. Currently have a balance on this account airtasker wont allow me to get it out (return to bank) unfortunately as that method of payment is cancelled therefore they will not do it because the law says it has to be put back on thee original payment method but im needing it back to my bank account so ive come up with this idea.. Its simple - my currently balance in airtasker credits holds 449.95 but with paying my fees etc and obviously making sure you make profit from helping me - i wont be left with a huge amount back! So im asking if someone would be decent enough to pay id me money then i pay on airtasker with myself keeping in mind your fee also, im thinking that you send 200 to my bank via payid - then i will release 350 for completing the task, that will reimburse you for the payment already sent to me and you make a little profit for doing the task. That 350 is with my fee already paid ill so the total of 350 released to you.. hopefully we can get this done as it would help me greatly and hopefully get you a little profit. Please note this is not a scam whatsoever i literally just need the credits back to my bank that is all, and i would prefer to get this done whilst on a call with eachother due to having previously had scammers attempting to be legit! Thankyou in advance
