4 large raised beds need light weeding (it wasn’t done long ago but there is some re growth) and filling with soil. I will get the soil - it will be delivered in 750L bulk bags and will need wheelbarrowing from the front drive to the back garden via the side path. I will provide a wheelbarrow if needed. Other beds in the garden need weeding and mulch laying on top - this will also be in bulk bags and need wheelbarrowing in too. **BUDGET TBC** Project: Full rear garden renovation to a specific design (reference photos attached). Transform an overgrown garden into a modern, structured space. Access: Ground-floor flat. Only route is through the flat — narrow, non-straight corridor with 2 steps up at entrance and 3 steps down to the back door. Ideally someone with a van for a single materials delivery. Floor/wall protection expected. Scope: Full clearance — strip overgrowth, lift cracked concrete near house, remove all waste. Porcelain patio — ~16m² large-format grey slabs (900x600mm) on MOT Type 1 sub-base, adhesive bed, jointing compound. Gravel path — ~1.2m x 3.5m self-binding gravel, steel edging both sides, weed membrane. Wildflower meadow — two strips either side of path (~10.5m² total) on low-nutrient soil with steel edging.
