Hi, I’m looking for a reliable, tidy painter/decorator for a small one-bedroom flat. Paint & Materials: • I will supply: • Dulux Matt Emulsion Paint – Blush (pink walls) • Johnstone’s White Wall & Ceiling Paint • Johnstone’s Wood & Metal Paint – Satin Finish (for radiator/window frame/trim) • Rose Gold Glitter Additive (to be mixed into wall paint) • Sandpaper and a small mini paint set • You will need to provide: • Dust sheets / floor protection • Professional painting tools (rollers, brushes, trays, masking materials, etc.) ⸻ Scope of Work: Living Room: • Paint walls in blush pink with rose gold glitter mixed into the paint for a sparkling finish • Paint ceiling white • Paint skirting boards white • Paint small window frame white • Paint small radiator white (satin finish) Kitchen: • Paint small kitchen area walls in blush pink with glitter effect • Paint skirting boards white ⸻ Details: • Small flat – not a large job • Clean, careful work is very important • Neat cutting-in and even finish required (especially with glitter) • Walls are already painted – no primer required • Please protect flooring and surrounding areas ⸻ Requirements: • Experience with interior decorating • Experience achieving clean, even finishes with wall paint • Experience painting wood and metal (radiator & window frame) • Must bring own tools and protective materials ⸻ Please include: • Your total quote • Estimated time to complete • Availability • Any similar work examples if possible
