I have a Facebook Business Page and a Business Instagram page and I have attempted to create an ad targeting various professionals in Australian cities to attend an event. I have found the controls very complex and whilst I do have an ad running, I don't think I can really measure the results and it is not showing on many of the channels. So basically I am fumbling around in the dark not really knowing how to set things up properly. I would like someone who has a lot of experience and is an expert in this area to be able to help me to: 1. Create the graphics/videos that are in the right format/ aspect ratio so they work across all the different meta platforms. We already have the content, so it is more tweaking I hope. 2. Figure out how best to target the ads and spend budgets etc 3. Measure the results by using the facebook technology (I think the Pixel?) to track event ticket sales from the ads. 4. I am fairly technically minded and so I am looking for someone who will zoom with me to help configure the ads and then perhaps do some offline editing of our graphics/assets to get them up to a good standard and using all the cool features you can use with FB/IG
