Looking for an experienced plumber / handyman to complete finishing touches in a main bathroom and install a small hand-wash basin in an adjacent WC. The hot and cold water feeds have already been run through the wall, so most of the structural work is complete. Task 1: Main Bathroom (Finishing Works) * Waste Plumbing: Connect the vanity vessel basin waste to the existing drain pipe using the bottle trap (provided). * Water Supply: Connect the remaining tap flexi hose inside the vanity cabinet to the copper supply. * Sealing: Apply sanitary silicone around the vanity cabinet edges, basin base, and splashback. * Tiling: Fit/finish a small splashback section behind the basin. Task 2: WC Room (Basin Installation) * Mount Basin: Wall-mount/fit a small hand-wash basin (hot & cold copper pipe feeds are already stubbed through the wall). * Water Connections: Connect hot & cold supply pipes to the new tap flexi tails. * Waste Connection: Run the basin waste pipe and connect it into the main toilet waste pipe * Tiling: Fit/finish a small splashback section behind the basin. Materials & Equipment: * I will supply: Basin, tap, silicone, tiles, and adhesive. * Tradesperson to supply: waste pipes, copper pipes and anything you think is necessary. I will reimburse you.

Read: Top floor property in 4th floor of block of flats with stairs and no lift! I have a toilet in new flat where the water level seems to stay far too low. When flushed it overflows slightly, probably has a blocked pump or something like that. Needs looking into and fixing.
