I’m looking for an experienced builder/handyman to carry out the following work in a small commercial shop in South Harrow: * Install a new partition wall. * Build partition walls on both sides using plasterboard. * Skim and finish all new plasterboard walls. * Paint all newly finished walls and the ceiling. * Install new flooring in the area in front of the counter only. * Finish and prepare the wall behind the counter. * Install one door within the new partition wall. * Close off and finish one existing doorway/opening. Please provide a quote for labour and let me know whether materials are included or priced separately. Experience with commercial shop fit-outs is preferred.

am lifting old carpet to lay wood flooring and have uncovered an old, live 3/4-inch gas supply line plug embedded in the concrete floor (photos attached). It currently sticks up too high to lay underlay over, and it let out a faint smell of gas when nudged, so it needs tightening/swapping safely. I need a Gas Safe registered engineer to safely isolate the gas, remove this plug, and replace it with a flush plug so the new floorboards can pass over it. Thank you!
