Hi, I need help with my kitchen extractor fan/cooker hood. I currently have a NECHT stainless steel chimney cooker hood installed above my gas cooker. It is: * 60cm wide * recirculating type with charcoal filters (no external ducting) * existing electrical connection already in place * chimney section goes up to the ceiling The fan switches on and makes noise, but there is very little/no suction, so I need someone to check if it can be repaired (filters/fan/motor issue). If repair is not possible, I would like you to replace it with a new similar 60cm stainless steel chimney hood that I will provide. Important: the kitchen has just been painted, so I need someone careful who can remove/refit it neatly and minimise damage to the paint/ceiling.
