Small building job – prep for home lift (Warrandyte) Job description: We’re installing a Swift Pro residential lift (3 floors) through Southern Lifts at our home in Warrandyte. The lift is supplied/installed by them, but we need a registered builder to do the prep works. Works needed: • Cut & frame openings through 3 floors • Small concrete pit (50 mm) • Ensure overhead clearance (specs provided) • Coordinate with our electrician (single-phase power) • Light finishing after install (plastering, trims, flooring) Southern Lifts will give the builder’s pack with exact measurements. Looking for a local VBA-registered builder who can start soon. Please confirm insurance and provide a rough estimate.

Hi, I’m looking for a carpenter (or someone with CNC cutting equipment) who can cut non-structural plywood or MDF into custom arch/backdrop panels for events.
