I’m looking for an experienced and reliable painter to paint the interior of a small 2-bedroom apartment in Darlinghurst. The job includes walls, ceilings and skirting boards, with a total living area of approximately 55 m². The apartment is in good condition, so minimal prep work is required and no primer should be needed. The bathroom is fully tiled and does not require painting. Scope of work - Protect floors and surfaces before painting (currently empty no furniture) - Minor wall preparation where needed (e.g. patching small wall area where a TV mount was installed in the living room) - Apply two coats to all required surfaces: * Ceilings: Ceiling white (~58m²) * Master bedroom walls: Low sheen grey (~31m²) * Other walls: Low sheen white for Bed 2, living, dining, kitchen and entry (~46m²) * Skirting boards: Gloss white - Full clean-up after completion Materials - Paint will be supplied by me - Please bring your own tools, rollers, drop sheets and other equipment Paint quantity advice - If possible, please advise approximate paint quantities required for: * Ceiling white * Grey wall paint (master bedroom) * White wall paint (other rooms) * Gloss white (skirting boards) Bonus if you have access to Bunnings trade pricing when advising quantities (not essential). Timing (strict deadline) - Start: Saturday 21 March – early morning - Finish: Sunday 22 March – evening latest - I will be moving in on Monday 23 March, so the job must be completed by then. Hi, I am looking for an experienced carpenter or cabinet maker to help install a high-end feature TV wall in my living room (similar to the attached reference photo). Materials I am providing: Black Fluted Acoustic Panels: (3m lengths with felt backing). Large Format Porcelain Stone Slab: (To be mounted as the central feature). Floating TV Cabinet: (Handleless, push-to-open design). TV Wall Mount & Soundbar. The Job Includes: Prep & Layout: Measuring and marking the wall to ensure the stone slab and panels are perfectly centered. Panel Installation: Cutting and adhering the black fluted panels to the wall. Stone Slab Mounting: Securely installing the large porcelain slab as the center feature. Cabinet Mounting: Wall-mounting the floating cabinet into the wall studs for maximum weight support. TV & Cable Management: Mounting the TV bracket and ensuring all cables are concealed behind the panels/slab for a "cordless" finish. Requirements: Must have experience with large-format porcelain/stone and decorative panelling. Please bring your own tools (including specialized cutters for the stone/porcelain). References or photos of previous feature wall/cabinetry work are highly preferred.
