Please offer for this house moving. I have listed in details every items we need your help, therefore it's our interest for your fixed price please. We need you to pick-up furniture from 2 places (Botany then Miranda) to deliver to our new place in Miranda. Some furniture will need dismantle/assemble. The items to move are: ***(1) From Botany: 3 door wardrobe, metal filing cabinet, small/medium fridge, double bed frame (already dismantled), dining table, camping gears, washing machine, outdoor umbrella, 3-4 carton boxes; ***(2) from Miranda: large wooden dining table (need dismantle/assemble) with 6 chairs, buffet/TV cabinet, 2 sofas (standard size of 2 and 3 seats) , single bed and queen bed (dismantle/assemble), small drawers, 3 tallboys, small working tables, solid coffee table, TV, bottom mount fridge (420l), washing machine, Ikea 2-door wardrobes, metal filing cabinet, big and small plant pots, small outdoor table, few carton boxes. ***(3) At new place, I have a heavy buffet (100+ kg) needs to move place (inside house) that involves steps. There is a lift at both places apartments. Apartment complex only 500m from each other. 1x couch (couch is heavy and will need 2 people to lift. I'm moving house and need someone to get my bulky, heavy queen mattress down a narrow flight of stairs with a bend at the end. It's an awkward task but one that could be done very quickly by someone with the appropriate straps. It was taken up the stairs originally by two removalists who used straps to fold it in half and walk it up. The mattress is part foam and part springs so it's not meant to be folded, but I believe it's the only way to get it down.
