Read moreWe’re looking for help moving the large furniture from our one-bedroom apartment in Southbank to Clayton on Saturday 7 June. We’ve booked the apartment lifts from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m., so the move will need to start during that time. Everything else will be packed and ready to go – we don’t need help with packing or small boxes. We’ll also have friends on-site to carry the smaller things. We just need help with the bigger items, which include: • A 3.5-seater sofa • Dining table (we’ll disassemble this beforehand) + 4 chairs • A heavy side table • Outdoor furniture: 2-seater, two 1-seaters, and a small coffee table • Queen-sized mattress • Pilates Reformer You’ll need a van or truck that can fit these items, and ideally a trolley or straps for moving and securing things.
