Toilet needs removing and reinstalling or new on installed due to water leaking through floor. Tiles may need to be replaced on floor if required and waterproofing done. In bathroom, inline extractor fan which sits inside the loft near the entrance needs to be replaced. The roof has artex, so we want to avoid messing around with it and use battens to create a new frame, to add pbv wall panels over the artex on. The floor also needs replacing in the bathroom. The shower head is damaged quiet a bit and the wood behind it is weak. So that wall which is shared with the toilet needs to somehow be repaired if possible. If repair isn't possible. We will consider breaking it down a little to fix it. If possible we also want to get rid of the long design across the middle of the wall so it's flat so we can pvc panel over the tiles. The bath needs to be removed and before floor is replaced, it needs to be waterproofed etc so no water goes through the floor downstairs.

Repair Stone Espresso Machine – No Steam / Boiler Not Heating. The Problem: The group head gets hot, but the steam boiler remains cold. There is zero steam pressure. I have already opened the panels and manually reset the two thermal safety switches on the boiler, but it did not solve the issue.

It will be similar to a traditional red phone box, but doesn’t need to be an exact replica — more of a lightweight, clean, good-looking event prop. I have a Sage Barista Express coffee machine (approx. 4 years old) whereby the water supply stopped working properly. Issue details: • Machine won’t draw water on startup • No water comes out of the group head or hot water outlet • Attempted to force water through the valve, but still no flow • Likely issue with pump, blockage, or internal line Additional problem: • One screw is stripped, preventing access to the internal components • Will need someone with the right tools (e.g. drill/extractor) to remove it safely What I need: • Someone experienced in coffee machine repair (ideally Sage/Breville machines) • Ability to remove the stripped screw and access internals • Diagnose and fix the water flow issue

Hi there, We have recently had our flat decorated, and new bath panels installed. Since this time, our bath taps have started leaking and we believe they need replacing. We’d ideally like a whole new tap, shower head, waterfall shower set up (not piping behind the walls, but connected externally from the bath taps). A few questions: If we bought a whole new tap / shower head set, would this be able to be installed without removing the new bath panels? If the bath panels are to be removed, would it be easy enough to install them back again? You’ll notice there are layers at the bottom, and it’s PVC materials, which needed to be cut to shape. If the bath panels would need to be removed, and we decide to just fix the existing tap. Would you be able to do this, and also install a shower head holder? It would be great to get estimates / time it would take? EDIT: the shower we would ideally like includes a waterfall head shower.
