Hi Requesting a quote for the following work at my residential property. 1) Bedroom door locks (Three)- Supply and install entry set door locks - Brass (preferable) or Chrome finish Pl advise cost per door. 2) Pool gate-safety compliance (NSW)(One) Existing magnetic pool gate does not self-close. Inspect and repair or replace to ensure compliant self-closing as per NSW pool safety requirements. 3) Driveway gate lock (One) 4)Fly screen door hinge repair Flyscreen door hinge screws are spinning/stripped, causing door misalignment and rubbing on the floor. Repair/replace hinge fixing and realign door to operate smoothly. -photos attached Replace corroded external gate hardware including Hasp and staple (padlock type) and D-type/D- pattern gate latch. Hardware to be corrosion resistant and suitable for outdoor use. Photos attached for reference. Requested Itemised quote, availability and warranty on parts/labour. Advise if site visit is needed. Happy for locksmith to supply suitable hardware, open to discussing options.

I am looking for an experienced fencing contractor to replace my existing wooden picket fence and wooden pedestrian gate with a new heritage-style black wrought iron fence on a bluestone base. Scope of Work: 1. Demolition: Removal and disposal of the existing beige timber picket fence (frontage) and the white timber pedestrian gate (entry). 2. The right-hand pool gate must open away from the pool. This will require the latches to be swapped/changed. Both pool gates must self-close and self-latch from all positions: resting (sitting on the latch), half open, and fully open. The gap to the right-hand side of the right gate (currently approximately 110–120mm) must be reduced to less than 100mm. This can be rectified by installing perspex or mesh with openings no greater than 12mm across the full gap. The middle horizontal member of the right-hand side boundary fence (outside the pool barrier) is climbable within 900mm of the pool fence. This must be rectified by installing 60-degree angled wedges or by fully sheeting the section to make it non-climbable.
