The job: • Removing existing plants along the fences • Raking and levelling soil across the main garden area • Spreading grass seed (approx 72m²) • Cutting back and removing bushes and shrubs surrounding a wooden deck at the back of the garden • Bagging and disposing of all green waste (please confirm if tip runs are included in your quote) The garden is already largely clear and in decent condition, so minimal groundwork should be needed. Looking for a labourer (or two) to help prepare a front garden for artificial grass installation. Possibly follow on job to help lay the grass when it arrives We’ve already started the project and have hardcore delivered on-site. Need someone to help get the groundwork done properly and quickly over 1–2 days. Scope of work includes: Levelling and preparing the ground Spreading and compacting hardcore (Type 1) Light digging / removing uneven areas where needed Assisting with shaping paths and main grass areas General labour support to get the area ready for grass laying Area size: Approx. ~55–60 sqm across a mix of main lawn + paths + patio edges What I’m looking for: Someone who has done garden prep / landscaping groundwork before Knows how to level properly (important for finish) Efficient and physically capable We have tools (2x shovels, pitch folk and 1x wheelbarrow BUT if you have a compactor that would be ideal Bonus if you’ve worked on artificial grass installs before Timing ASAP Likely 1–2 full days depending on progress Flexible on exact start time Location Sevenoaks area Budget Open to offers – happy to pay a fair day rate for someone good (Please quote for 1 or 2 days) Notes Materials (hardcore etc.) are already on-site Looking to move quickly and get this prepped properly first time—quality matters more than rushing
