I need someone to tidy up my backyard, which has trees, bushes, and grasses around the edges. The job includes trimming overgrown trees and bushes, cutting back by plants, removing weeds and tall grass around the fence line, and doing a general cleanup to make the garden neat again. You’ll need to bring your own tools for trimming and cleanup. Please also remove and dispose of all green waste. A green bin is available for small waste, but larger waste will need to be taken away. The work should take around 5–6 hours, which is fairly enough for the scope. Job Description I’m looking for someone to refresh and tidy the front exterior of my house, including the rock garden beds, driveway, and surrounding areas. What’s needed: 1. Rock Garden Bed Clean-Up • Remove weeds and spray with weed killer • Rake and clear debris • Top up and level all rock garden beds with fresh limestone rock to match the original look (see reference photo) • I can supply rock, or you can supply for an additional fee — please advise in your quote 2. Tree & Shrub Pruning • Prune back tree branches touching or close to the house/gutters • Trim/shape shrubs along the rock garden edges • Must bring own pruning tools and work safely on a sloping block 3. Pressure Cleaning • High-pressure clean: • Driveway • Concrete paths • Area underneath the balcony • Must have your own pressure washer (or let me know if you need me to hire one) 4. Looking for reliable help to tidy up a small backyard for an elderly family member. The yard is approx. 6m x 7m, but not all of the space needs to be cleared (some areas include a shed, pavement, and a small veggie patch). The current weeds look worse in photos than they are. They’ve been “suffocated” with cardboard, so the roots should be easy to remove - hopefully 🤞🏾. Most plants, flowers, aloe vera and small trees will stay, but the rest can go. What’s needed: • General backyard clean-up • Weed removal • Rubbish removal and green waste removal • Trimming and tidying • Moving old furniture to the front yard for council hard rubbish collection (I can help with this if needed) There is no green waste bin larger than 240L, so you’ll need to take the excess waste with you or have your own disposal solution. Even happy to have this left in a corner. Ideally this is a two person job, but if you’re experienced and confident doing it alone, that’s fine too. Requirements: • Must be on a weekend • Must have your own tools and vehicle for rubbish removal, if taking it • Respectful and careful - this is for an elderly resident who has been trying hard to keep things manageable Please send through your quote and availability.
