Please read the full scope below: General Overview 1. Front garden and back garden both need a proper tidy-up. 2. This is not a major landscaping job — more of a clean-up and maintenance job. 3. All green waste should fit into the existing large green council bin on site. 4. No need to remove waste offsite. B. Front Yard Tasks 1. Mow and trim grass on the nature strip (front verge). 2. Edge along driveway and footpath neatly. 3. Collect and remove all fallen leaves from lawn and garden beds. 4. General tidy-up so it looks neat and presentable from the street. C. Back Yard Tasks 1. Light mowing if required (grass is not overgrown). 2. General clean-up to make the area look neat and maintained. D. Garden Beds (Most Important) This is the priority area. 1. Remove weeds from all garden beds (front and back). 2. Remove any unwanted growth. 3. Clean up dried leaves and debris inside garden beds. 4. Light pruning of small shrubs/plants if required (nothing major). 5. Ensure beds look clean, defined, and tidy. E. Waste Disposal: All green waste to be placed in the large green bin provided. Grass is not very long, so waste volume should be manageable. F. Expectations 1. Neat edging and clean finish. 2. No debris left behind. 3. Paths and paved areas blown/cleaned after job completion.
