We are looking for someone to fully clear, clean and refresh our patio. What we need done: Remove everything currently on the patio apart from the table and chairs, including: Plants Plant pots Outdoor lights/decorations Any other loose items Power wash the entire patio floor Power wash/clean the patio wall Thoroughly clean the patio, including removing the significant amount of pollen and built-up dirt that has accumulated recently Sweep/rinse away any remaining dirt, pollen and debris so the patio is left completely clean and presentable. We are looking for someone who can provide a proper deep clean rather than just a quick pressure wash. I must note we are in the basement flat inside of a building so you will need to go down a flight of stairs. Keep this in mind given the removals. Thank you.

I’m looking for someone to carry out a full garden tidy-up and prepare it so I can gradually improve it myself. I’m not looking for a complete redesign or landscaping project, and I don’t need any flowers or plants supplied or planted. I just want the garden cleaned, tidied, and made ready for planting in the future. The work includes removing all weeds from the flower beds, borders, paving, and around the edges of the concrete. I’d like the soil border along the fence fully weeded, dug over, levelled, and left with clean soil ready for me to plant flowers myself over time. The existing brick edging needs straightening and tidying where it has moved. It doesn’t need replacing, just making neat and level. I’d also like the lawn cut and edged, overgrown areas trimmed back where needed, and all leaves, sticks, and general garden waste cleared away. The paved areas should be swept clean, with weeds removed from between the cracks and edges. If you also offer pressure washing, I’d be happy to receive a separate quote, although it’s not essential. Please remove and dispose of all garden waste once the work is complete, leaving the garden clean and tidy. The aim is simply to restore the garden to a neat, manageable condition, not to completely redesign it. Once it’s cleaned up, I’ll gradually add flowers and plants myself.
