To level the top soil to make a level lawn to be seeded. It needs to straight between it will be used for people in wheelchairs to use, so to get it straight and level as much as possible. I have some spirit levels that clip on to the strings across the soil. I don’t have any large rakes or other professional equipment (but I could try and hire some.
