Fixed Price: $1,000 – All Equipment Included I need a reliable person or team to complete a full site tidy-up at a subdivision block in Doolandella. The job must start Thursday, 11/12/2025, and be fully completed by Monday, 15/12/2025 before 3:00 PM due to expected rain. Work Required (ALL Included in $1,000) ✔ Stake and tie all small trees and saplings ✔ Full site clean-up – remove all rubbish, loose material, sticks, and debris ✔ Mow the rear of the block 6000 sq meter ( area) ✔ Weed spraying across the rear section (approx. 6,000 sqm – use at least 5L herbicide) ✔ Move or spread any stockpiled wood/sticks ✔ Supply all machinery, tools, fuel, and labour required All tasks are included in the $1,000 price -no extra charges accepted. Equipment Required (YOU Must Supply) • Ride-on mower or tractor/slasher suitable for a large block • Any machine required to move or spread the wood/stick stockpile • Weed sprayer + minimum 5 litres of weed killer • All tools, fuel, and consumables -Do NOT spray herbicide on trees or plants that must remain • Only weeds/unwanted grass should be sprayed • Must work safely no damage to trees, fences, or underground services • If it rains soon after spraying, you may need to re-spray to ensure weeds die Fixed price: $1,000 (labour + all machinery + fuel included). Because the ground will be too wet after the rain: • Full payment released ONLY when the job is 100% completed. • If the job is not finished by Monday before 3:00 PM, you must return to complete it. • No early or partial payment will be released.
