Garden Tidy – Phormium (New Zealand Flax) Cut Back Looking for an experienced gardener to trim and tidy a large Phormium (New Zealand Flax) plant in my London back garden. The job includes: • Removing all dead and brown leaves from the base • Cutting back dead flower spikes • General tidy of the surrounding area • Removal and disposal of all cuttings The plant is mature and well-established, growing in a raised wooden sleeper planter. Access is via a side staircase. Straightforward job, estimated 1–2 hours. Please only apply if you have experience with ornamental garden plants.

Tasks listed by order of priority: Front patio: weeding, to a clean presentable state. Note: there is a car parked outside that will need to be moved forward and back to get to underneath weeds. Back garden patio: Weeding again so that patio is useable to sit at. There may be an ant hill that requires attention. Back garden: lawn mowing, trim, full clean up so that it’s all presentable. Note: that is a vine leaf plant in the garden that is overgrown, it should not be removed, only trimmed and downsized. The garden should be left in a clean and mostly empty state when finished. Side: As an additional for my side of the semi: I would like some care taken to make this presentable and clean, however this is not priority for the job, merely posted as consideration. I require green waste removal. I have one green waste bin but this may fill quickly. I do not have the necessary tools for this job so please bring yours.
