Install fake turf with agi pipes beneath and bordered with plant beds (3 sides only, 1 side is already paved). I already have the artificial grass (premium). Backyard dimension: 12m x 4.5m x 200mm depth. Fake turf dimension: 13m x 3.8m. It will be plant beds bordering the fake turf up to the fence. The fence will not be a part of the plant beds, so there will be another wood panel that will protect the fence from being pushed by soil from the plant bed. Plant bed width: Right side: 0.7m from the fence Left: 1m from the fence Far end/back: 0.7m from the fence Plant bed height will just be flushed as the height of the current pavers and will be same height of the fake turf. The side of my house has clear access to this backyard. Please see photos.

This is not a quick slash-and-go job — I’m after someone methodical who takes care around the home and completes everything properly in one day. The yard is small but tree-heavy and has been left for around 12 months, so it needs a solid tidy-up. Scope includes: Garden clean-up & trimming • Mow lawn • Rake, weed and remove all leaves • Trim trees and bushes right back • Cut down large vine along fence • Ensure no plants touch house, windows or gutters • Cut, stack and load green waste Plant care • Repot several large plants (pots + soil provided) • Move small paw paw plant (currently in fire pit) • Transfer worm farm to new system Other tasks • Clear and tidy potting area • Remove shade cloth from patio awning • Take old washing machine to tip • Remove buckets and general rubbish • Multiple tip runs likely Bonus (ideal but not essential) • Secure patio beam with bolt • Remove small external window awning You’ll need: • Ute or trailer • Ability to do multiple tip runs • Own gardening tools (whipper snipper available) • Physically capable of a full day • Careful, respectful approach This is a full-day job and I’d like everything completed on the day. Got 3 specific areas that need cleaning up. This is NOT a full mow job, really just need someone to come in remove bushes and growth in 3 areas of my house. Flexible for a fair price. Happy to help out with the job. Photos show a large overgrowth area about a square shaped area, growth is within a plant. Pretty much I want all of that removed, cut it up and dispose.
