I need to work through some ideas for my from yard (approx 150sqm including verge I think) I already have site plan drawings in dwg format, so these will not need to be redraw The house is in a Housing Opportunity Area within my local government (WA), so any design will need to be compliant with any requirements. I have general idea of the requirements, but would appreciate the professional input of those that are working with these things day and day out. Low maintenance garden where possible. Seeking a design plan for the back garden which includes a plant / tree schedule suitable for an inner city small backgarden in Queensland that is easy to maintain for those with minimal time and gardening experience. Currently building works (a new deck) occurring and the back garden has therefore become a blank canvas to start with a new design. Area is approx 10m in width and 12.3m approx in length. There is a slight grading fall diagonally corner to corner as property is on a hill. Hoping to design and plant a new garden that complements the new deck being built. There will be a narrow planter box on the hill upside of garden against the main boundary wall with neighbours. Looking for a clean, minimal upkeep garden, but one that has a feel of greenery and peace. This area will be primarily soft landscaping.
