Hi, I’d like to install a power outlet (socket) in my storage room for a small freezer/chest freezer. There is currently no outlet inside the storage room, but there is a light switch on the opposite side of the wall (outside the room), and another nearby switch for the boiler/heating system. I’m hoping it may be possible to take power from the existing wiring and install a permanent, always-on outlet on the storage room side of the wall. I’d like a licensed electrician to: * inspect the existing wiring, * confirm whether this is possible and safe, * and install a properly grounded outlet suitable for a freezer. Please bring any necessary tools/materials. Minimal wall damage preferred if possible.

I have recently moved in to flat and inherited built-in fridge-freezer, it has been switched off for good few months when the flat was for sail. Once i moved and switched it on the fridge is growing large ice at the back, but doesn't really keeps it cool. The freezer is the opposite doesn't freeze goods just keeps them slightly frozen. If someone could repair it that would be great. Many thanks

I have a Whirlpool American-style side-by-side fridge freezer (Model: S20D RSS33-A/G) with a door sealing/alignment issue. The right-hand door no longer seals properly and keeps popping back open after closing. A fridge engineer inspected it and suggested that the door cam mechanism may be broken. He recommended ordering two replacement parts from eSpares. From what we understand, the lower hinge/cam may be worn or misaligned, and the magnetic door gasket/seal may also need adjustment or replacement. The fridge is still cooling correctly, but the door gap is causing sealing problems. Please see the attached photos. Would it be possible for you to first come and inspect the issue, and then give us a quote for fitting the replacement parts to the door? Many thanks Echo
