Fridge part (not Freezer) seems to have some cooling issue, and it has been observed by looking into the Milk condition which does not stay for more than 2 days and gets a curdle state. It's a 2 door - Freezer on top and Fridge at the bottom. Brand is Samsung. Need to get diagnose with the issue.

Our TCL fridge/freezer (model P491TMS) has inconsistent cooling — the fridge cools but the top freezer shelf stays soft. We’ve done a full 24-hour defrost and the coils, fan, and compressor all run briefly but not consistently. We’re looking for someone experienced in fridge repair or appliance diagnostics to inspect it in person and confirm whether it’s an easy fix (fan, sensor, or control issue) or if it’s not worth repairing. Please bring a multimeter if possible.

Hey there. I need someone to fix our fridge, but first need a quote to see if it's worth fixing. Bought from FB marketplace and it started beeping as if the door was open and leaking cold air but wasn't. Found the frost was building up behind the freezer panel and removed the ice once. It built up again in less than a week. Now the fridge part has completely stopped working. Freezer still working itself though. Wondering if worth fixing or just getting another one delivered and this one taken away.
