I’m looking for an experienced flooring/joinery professional to repair a section of subfloor in a bedroom. The floor was previously repaired, but the contractor used a large board/sheet rather than replacing the original floorboards/planks. The repair is now uneven and the board has started to lift, so the floor is not suitable for carpet to be fitted over it. Job required: * Remove the existing board and inspect the area underneath. * Replace it with suitable floorboards/planks, matching the existing floor where possible. * Ensure the boards are securely fixed and supported. * Make the repaired area completely level and stable. * Leave the floor ready for underlay and carpet installation. I’m looking for someone with experience in subfloor repairs and floorboards who can complete the job to a good professional standard. Please provide an approximate quote and availability. Install costco A5 SelectLOC laminate flooring into our living room. The room is 3.41 x 3.13m. Need our old one removed and new one fitted. The existing floor that needs removing is also laminate. The skirting board comes off easy.

There is a tear in the existing linoleum/ vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor is roughly 1.4m x 2.5m I'm looking for someone to install the new sheet vinyl I've bought. There is a washing machine in the room that's installed behind some skirting board. When the last guy came, I held up the machine for him briefly while he slid the floor under. The boards underneath the sheet are not perfectly flat thanks to a previous leak that has since been fixed. I will: - Tear up the existing flooring - Move the fridge in advance of you getting here - Hold up the washing machine for you to get the sheet underneath - Remove and then reinstall the kitchen panels that will be in the way I just need someone to cut and install the new sheet. I have some spray adhesive also but obviously happy for you to use something else if you prefer. If any questions please just let me know. Chris
