Also need to be aware the front door area needs levelling with maybe 3-4 bags of ardit. The width of the engineered oak timber floor boards is 150mm. Also need around 50 lineal metres of skirting put in with scotia on about half of this. Should be a full days work will apply bullnose skirting and scotia. Need experienced floor layer who has done skirting install also before.
