Rear Deck Needs Repairing and Roof needs replacing. Deck is not totally ground level as it is on the rear of a split level house. Access is still easy though. The Size of the deck roofing area is 4100mm Long x 5050mm Wide. The following needs to be done based on my inspection: 1. Replace the front timber roof beam that runs the width left to right. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 5050mm. Refit gutter that was on the board you are replacing. 2. Replace 2 x timber roof beams that run the length front to back. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 4100mm. 3. Prep roof for sheeting. Replace timber that helps support roof sheeting. Please note current roof has gutter guard that runs from the house gutter on to the current green polycarb roof. This will need to be unscrewed and refit to the new polycarb roof. 4. Sheet the roof with a Polycarb sheeting. Quote to include all required parts and labour as well as removal of old removed parts of decking. I have attached some images.

Looking for a suitably qualified handyman who has experience with removing mosaic Parquetry flooring in a small area (87cm X 38.5cm). Then Clean surface and put something new down that doesn't look too out of place).The Charcoal kitchen tiles are 30cm X 60cm. Either to match closely the kitchen tiles or wood floor. Needn't be exact. These appear to be rectangular, matte-finish tiles, perhaps called "porcelain floor tiles" with a concrete or stone-like pattern. We don't want to have to do the whole room if we can just fix this section. Additionally we need to remove one cabinet end panel piece as seen in the photograph as it has some water swelling at the bottom + also one of the horizontal cabinetry kickboards that also is photographed and shows some swelling. Dimensions are as follows: 1 X Cabinet End Panel (approx 860mm X 570mm) 1 X Cabinet Kick Board Panel (approx 820mm X 150mm) Replace these with best colour matched new pieces. Will there be described as either a dark grey or a chocolate colour currently. Our apartment is in Murrumbeena. There is no tenant in there presently. Looking forward to hearing from you with any additional information you might need.

If possible will need skirting and kickboards removed throughout. 45 m2 direct stuck bamboo flooring over particle board to remove in living, dining and hallways, -unsure whether timber runs under cabinets or not. This is overlayed with vinyl plank to be removed. 32 m2 carpet in bedrooms to be removed.
