We need to have someone to help with installing laminate Flooring for master bedroom and the walk-in wardrobe, as highlighted area in the photo. The original carpet has already been removed. Just need to remove skirting board, install Flooring, re-install skirting board. and gap filling. We provide the laminate flooring boards, underlays, and floor trim. But you will need to bring saws and all other tools and materials to fulfil the job.

I require to restump a wall. To do so a strip of flooring will need to come up to access the underfloor. The flooring is 12mm woodboards placed on fibre board. A strip of 1m x 7m needs to come up including the fibre board and jarrah boards to allow access to the underfloor. Once the house is restumped this section needs to be reinstated. There is spare floor boards but would expect to reinstate the existing where possible. The job will be done in two parts, the removal and then the reinstate and should be within a few days of each other.

Main scope of work: • Inspect existing timber balcony structure • Reinforce structural elements as required • Replace several damaged or deteriorated timber boards • Ensure balcony is structurally sound and safe Painting / coating is optional at this stage. I am open to professional advice on whether repainting or protective coating is necessary after repairs. If coating is recommended, it must be suitable for outdoor timber protection (weather / UV / moisture resistant). Balcony is elevated at the front of the house. Looking for someone experienced in timber balcony or deck structural repairs (carpentry experience preferred).
