ABOUT THE BUSINESS We specialise in high-quality residential outdoor construction and renovation projects, particularly outdoor living spaces. Core services include: • Deck construction • Pergolas and outdoor structures • Outdoor entertainment areas • Select home renovation projects I have over 20 years of experience in the building industry including experience as a builder, carpenter and cabinet maker. Our focus is homeowners and families in suburbs across the Upper North Shore area where many people are investing in outdoor living upgrades and home improvements. PREVIOUS MARKETING Previously we ran Meta advertising with a marketing provider with approximately: • $1,000 per month ad spend • $200 per month campaign management These campaigns generated enquiries and projects, however the system itself was fairly simple and I believe it could be significantly improved and optimised.
