Face Painters Needed for Mardi Gras Float – 28 Feb Description: We're looking for 2–3 experienced face painters to help our Scottish community float get parade-ready for the 2026 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras! The job: - Paint 50–60 faces in a fun, festive Scottish theme - Date: Saturday 28 February 2026 - Time: 12:00 pm – 2:45 pm (approx. 2 hours 45 mins) - Location:Lord Roberts Hotel, Darlinghurst What we need: - Simple designs using blue and white face paint (Scottish colours) plus glitter - Fast, friendly painters who can work in a busy, high-energy environment - All materials, paints, brushes, glitter, and hygiene supplies (wipes, sanitiser, etc.) to be provided by you Price: The price you offer should be inclusive of all staff and materials you bring. About us: We're BRAVEHEARTS, a Scottish-themed LGBTQIA+ community group marching in the Parade. Historically we've had 2–3 face painters on the day to help us look our best, and we'd love to have you be part of the fun and the celebration!
