Hi there, I need help repairing a small section of my lounge room wall that was damaged by plant roots pressing against it. The area is just slightly larger than a hand, with some gouges and uneven spots. The job may involve: • Assessing the damage and recommending the best way to repair it • Light sanding, patching/filling, and a paint touch-up to match the existing wall • A quick clean-up after the work is done I’m open to professional advice if there’s a better or simpler way to fix it, as I’m not familiar with wall repair. When: Before Wednesday 29th Materials: Please let me know if you can supply the filler and paint, or if I should purchase them beforehand Budget: Open to offers depending on materials and paint supplies Please note: I’ve moved out of the property, so keys would need to be obtained from the agent. Powerful should be ok within the unit, if not, there should be an external outlet outside the property that can be used with a lead.

Patch cracks first and paint two exterior walls of a unit, 1) one is directly outside the unit on the first floor and whitish in colour and 2) second one is the balcony wall greyish in colour. I have highlighted the cracks on the two walls by circling them. The job has to be done today or tomorrow early morning as have an open house in the afternoon. It currently occupied by tenants and will need to set up a time for today or tom morning to patch and paint the two walls
