I’m a tattoo artist with a large backlog of client photos that desperately need sorting and organizing. I need someone with a good eye for detail to help me curate my photos and set up a sustainable organization system moving forward. What I Need (Priority): • Go through batches of client photos (multiple photos per session) • Delete duplicate images and photos that aren’t usable • Select the 2-3 best images from each session based on: • Sharpness and focus on the tattoo • Best lighting and composition • Professional quality • Set up a clear, easy-to-maintain organization system that works across devices • Help create a workflow for managing future photo sessions Bonus (Not Required): • Light editing on selected photos if you have the skills: • Color correction and lighting consistency • Remove skin imperfections/redness • Do NOT alter the tattoo itself - only surrounding skin and overall image quality Additional Info: • Some clients have multiple sessions (initial tattoo + touch-up sessions) that need organizing • Approximately 400 images to start with - includes many duplicates that need removing • I’m planning to use Google Drive, but open to other recommendations if there’s something easier for setting up systems and workflows • I work across multiple devices (iPhone, iPad, desktop) so need something with easy upload capabilities across all platforms Ideal Person: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Good aesthetic eye for selecting quality images • Familiar with cloud storage systems and workflow setup • Photo editing experience is a bonus but not essential • Reliable and communicative Please include examples of similar work if available!
