Hi, I’m Jana here, I design and make bright ottomans, benches and home pieces from my home upholstery studio, and I share the process, transformations and stories behind the work on Instagram. I’m looking for a creative reel editor who thinks like a storyteller, not just someone who cuts clips together. I want you to have fun with it :) The goal is to turn simple workshop footage into engaging Instagram Reels with strong hooks, good pacing and the right music. THE KIND OF EDITOR I’M LOOKING FOR • The importance of the first 2 seconds (strong hooks) • Storytelling through short-form video • Clean, intentional text overlays • Music selection that fits the mood and pacing • Editing that feels natural, not template-based My brand style is playful, colourful and design-focused, so the reels should feel creative and visually satisfying, not loud or gimmicky. I’m currently planning to produce around 3 reels per week, so this could become consistent ongoing work if we collaborate well. PERFORMANCE BONUS In addition to the base editing rate, I’m open to offering performance bonuses if reels perform exceptionally well. I have a single wedding image where I’d like the entire bridal party removed so the final frame features only the bride and groom. The edit needs to look completely natural and realistic—no visible cloning marks, odd shadows, or mismatched lighting. I want to keep the original background exactly as it is; please just fill in the areas left behind once the attendants are gone so everything blends seamlessly. However, if there is an edit that you believe will make the photo pop, please suggest and I will consider. You may work in Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Photo, or any comparable retouching tool—whatever lets you deliver a clean, high-resolution file ready for printing and sharing online. I’ll supply the full-size raw JPEG as soon as we start, and I’d like the finished image returned at the same resolution (JPEG or TIFF is fine). The final image will be printed on a large canvas. I will consider the job complete when: • The bridal party is fully removed with no detectable artifacts at 100% zoom. • Lighting, grain, and color remain consistent across the entire frame. • The bride and groom look untouched except for the natural integration of the new background fills. I have attached a low res file of the image we want edited.
