Job Specification: Domestic Electrical Works Project Overview: Seeking a qualified electrician to complete two specific installations in a residential apartment. All wiring must comply with current safety standards and be tested upon completion. Item 1: Bathroom – Electric Towel Rail Connection Status: An electric towel heater is currently mounted on the bathroom wall. Task: The unit is currently not powered. It needs to be professionally hard-wired into the existing electrical circuit. Requirement: Ensure the connection meets bathroom zone safety regulations (IP rating compliance). A fused spur/switch may be required if not already present. Item 2: Kitchen – Additional Sockets Location A (Wall): Convert an existing single switch/blanking plate into a double socket. (Note: Previous contractor indicated the wiring behind the plate is sufficient for this conversion). Location B (Breakfast Bar): Install new power points underneath the breakfast bar area. Task: Extend the existing kitchen circuit to provide additional double sockets.
