Having pulled the fridge out for some electrician work we discovered a mouse hole behind the fridge and pantry panelling. Droppings present. Unclear whether mice are still here or not but would like someone to have a look and exterminate / seal as necessary. Not heard or seen mice at all since moving in this April. Mouse skeleton found under one of the kitchen skirting boards so think probably historic issue. Not sure if mice still here.

I need the bathroom fan replaced. It may need re wiring. Also need the plugs in the flat changed from plastic plugs to brass plugs. Please note that you must be A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN. Access to the site will be at the end of Aug. There are Kitchen- 2x double 1 x single Switch for fuse for boiler/extractor fan and cooker. Bathroom-None Living room-2x double Bedroom-1x double but if another double socket could be fixed externally, that would be good. Hallway-1 single to be replaced with a double. No drilling into walls. Also this task is in Hackney E5. Please note that I can only do payment via Airtasker.

My bathroom lights have stopped working completely, and the extractor fan isn’t working either. The shaver socket in the bathroom still has power, and I’ve checked the consumer unit – no breakers have tripped. The hallway lights, which are on the same lighting circuit, are working fine, so the issue seems to be isolated to the bathroom. I suspect it could be a faulty light switch, a loose connection, or another issue with the bathroom lighting circuit, but it will need diagnosing and repairing. Looking for a qualified electrician to diagnose the fault and repair it if possible. I’m available most evenings and can be flexible.
