Description: Indoor hybrid sauna in a bedroom - Insignia MXOS1700 3rd Gen (SKU MXOS1700-INF), 1700 x 1500 x 2100mm, bought new from Insignia in Feb 2026 and self-assembled. Heater was hardwired to an existing dedicated circuit by an electrician, but no certificate was issued. Need a registered electrician to test the connection and provide a Minor Works certificate. Rented property, so the certificate needs to be in proper form for the landlord. Sauna circuit only, not the whole house. Electrical spec (per manufacturer's manual): - Harvia electric stove 4-4.5kW, 240V single phase - Infrared panels 4 x 330W (1,320W total) - LED lighting/radio/Bluetooth 120W - Total rating 5,792W - 24.2A at 240V, dedicated feed required - Install manual: insigniashowers.com/media/manuals1/install/MXOS1700-3G-Hybrid-Instructions.pdf Scope: - Inspect and test the sauna circuit and connection - Check RCD protection, cable sizing and protective device against the 24.2A load, isolator and earthing - Issue a Minor Works certificate, re-terminating the connection if needed to be able to sign it off - If anything else needs fixing, quote it separately and wait for approval before doing any work Requirements: - Must be NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA registered - please include your registration number with your offer - Certificate supplied as PDF same day or within 24 hours

Looking for a qualified/NICEIC-approved electrician to install additional spotlights throughout a new-build 4-bedroom house in Codicote, Hertfordshire. The existing lighting specifications have been provided by the developer, and I will purchase the matching spotlights myself. I’m looking for installation of: • Living room – 12 dimmable spotlights • Downstairs bathroom – 1 additional spotlight • Master bedroom – 16 spotlights, including 4 around the entrance area • Bedroom 2 – 9 spotlights • Bedroom 3 – 9 spotlights • Office – 6 spotlights • External – 2 additional downlights: one on the garage facing the driveway and one by the utility door facing the garden Total: 53 internal spotlights + 2 external downlights. I’m looking for the spotlights to be positioned approximately 1m apart where appropriate and aligned neatly with the existing layout. The house is a new build and most bedrooms are currently unfurnished, so access should be relatively straightforward. I have the exact specifications for the existing internal and external lights and will supply all light fittings. Please quote for labour, installation and any associated electrical installation materials required. The electrician must be appropriately qualified and able to complete/test the work safely. Ideally looking to have this completed ASAP
