Experienced plumber/electrician/handyman needed to complete the following: 1. Sink Replacement • Remove and dispose of existing pedestal sink and taps. • Install a replacement pedestal-style sink and taps (recommend suitable products for us to purchase). • Reconnect and test all plumbing connections. • Apply a neat, professional silicone finish. 2. Toilet Replacement • Remove and dispose of existing toilet. • Recommend a suitable replacement toilet (basic good-quality model acceptable). We are happy to purchase online based on recommendations, or for the contractor to supply. • Install, connect and fully test. • Ensure all seals, fittings and silicone work are completed to a high standard. 3. Extractor Fan Upgrade • Existing extractor fan operates when the bathroom light is switched on, but performance is poor and is not adequately controlling moisture and mould. • Assess the existing fan, ducting and installation. • Recommend and install a more powerful replacement fan if appropriate. Bathroom size is approximately 42 sq ft (4 sq m) so advise on suitable CFM range. 4. Bath Panel to be supplied and fitted to side of bath (or recommend where to order and then fit) - old side panel was in poor condition and was already removed. And tiled wall panel to refit as per photo. Additional Information • All quotes must be fully itemised (labour / materials / disposal. • Site visit recommended before agreement. • Contractor should have plumbing and electrical experience, or be able to coordinate both trades if required. • Please provide an estimated timeframe for completion. • Include examples of similar bathroom refurbishment, plumbing or extractor fan work. • Some other minor jobs potentially needed, e.g. lock fix, tiling etc. (if within your skillset) • Price estimate is for labour.
