Following a water leak from upstairs, two circuits (bathroom lighting and fire alarm) were isolated by an electrician for safety. The leak has since been repaired and the area is dry. I need a Part P certified electrician to reinstate both circuits and install a new extractor fan in the bathroom. Must be able to provide a completion certificate.

Existing 12v halogen bulb mount broke so it's hanging out ceiling, with transformer in ceiling gap. Task is to to change transformer to LED driver, and replace with new fitting and LED bulb. Parts that should fit existing hole have been delivered to the address already. Needs experienced handyman / electrician.
