Hi! We need a skilled DJ for our wedding reception at Caversham House in the Swan Valley (elegant marquee with built-in sound system, speakers, and dance floor). ~100 guests, evening reception – focus on great music flow and getting people dancing. We have our own MC who will handle all announcements, introductions, speeches, and talking. Key details: Play our provided song list (must-plays + do-not-plays) + mix in your own suitable songs to keep the energy up and read the crowd. Venue provides the main sound system (we plug in), so bring your own DJ equipment (laptop, controller/mixer, cables, etc.) and your own microphones (wireless preferred for any quick needs). Coverage: Approx. 5–6 hours (setup before start, play until late). Optional: Basic lighting/uplighting if you have it (venue has chandeliers and backing lights). Budget: $600–$1,200. Hosting a party in manly. Approx 90 people, need sound system and DJ who knows disco music - studio 54 and Xanadu. Ideally will be bc able to bring lights and other things to enhance mood and get people in the spirit. Bump in 6pm, party is 7-11, bump out 11:30.
