Hello Lovely people of Airtasker : ) I am needing some assistance with branding for my new business launching in January. What I need: 1. Logo Design - super basic, I have my font and general concept 2. Choosing colours for my business something bold and fun and providing HEX codes for future use 3. Provide logo in various file types to support website, social media and print. If this goes well, there may be further tasks I can offer around designing some social media templates, business card and flyer design. Please note: As part of this task, I do want to have a phone, facetime or zoom call to discuss my business concept, voice, vision ect. As I will be sharing aspects of my business with you, I do request a non-disclosure be signed (which I can email to you). I will not take payment for this task off airtasker or accept bids that only quote for a part of the task.

Amend the architectural plan to update the facade to add some curves in corner as requested, add a balcony, convert the brick veneer external wall to Hebel and adjust the backyard and front yard to be flat and some additional minor changes. Update the PDF files to show these changes for CDC approval and provide CAD files from the PDF architecture drawings. You must have experience working on these before and on curved facades. It must be approved by the structural engineer, the CDC approver, and the builder.
