We need your feedback across the hospitality industry. This mission involves exploring all aspects of a pub, including gaming, bar, and bistro and bottleshop. You must be okay with doing all areas. We will need your email address to set up the task and phone number to talk to you. You would need to enter the venue as a mystery patron and experience its customer service and quality. Take a friend to share the food. The Airtasker budget includes your spending, food (two main meals), a drink, punt ($20) bottle shop $15 and report writing. As a casual mystery shopper/auditor, your responsibilities will be to; Shop in various venues within a specific timeframe Understand the “brief” or “requirements” of the visit Retain the information and capture any photos needed for the shop Submit your survey findings online by the deadline Mystery Shopping is casual/ Adhoc work, where you pick which days and times to visit the venue. We will need to speak with you by phone before your visit. You must be able to read, write, and speak English, as the report is in English, and we will need to communicate with you. Must have excellent written English and high standards of grammar. We have a lot of work each month, so there is also an option for some ongoing work for the right person. Payment is made as soon as the report is read and approved (24 hours at most)
