I already have an existing site plan in DWG format, and I need someone to: Modify the current site plan to reflect the updated cabin layout and footprint Prepare structural drawings and elevations suitable for council submission Ensure the design package meets Onkaparinga Council and South Australian Building Code requirements 📦 Scope of Work Update existing site plan (DWG + PDF output) Produce structural drawings (footings, framing, bracing, roof, sections, elevations) Prepare a full DA-ready drawing set for submission Coordinate with a structural engineer if required Provide all deliverables in PDF (for submission) and DWG (for future use) 🧰 Deliverables Updated site plan (PDF + DWG) Full structural drawing set (PDF) Elevations and sections suitable for DA submission Optional coordination notes for engineer or certifier 📍 Requirements Experience preparing plans for South Australian councils (Onkaparinga preferred) Strong understanding of NCC (BCA) and relevant Australian Standards Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / ArchiCAD Ability to deliver within 2–3 weeks Attention to detail and willingness to make revisions if requested by council 💰 Budget Approx. $1,000 depending on scope and turnaround time. I’m looking to create two product label designs for a skincare set — one for a tub (Step 1) and one for a bottle (Step 2). These products are part of a two-step routine, so the designs need to be cohesive and clearly look like they belong as a bundle.
