The content is already written — this is purely a design, formatting, and visual polish job. What I need: I’d like someone to: - Improve the overall visual consistency across all pages - Create a cohesive layout system (so each day flows in the same structured way) - Refine spacing, typography, and hierarchy to make it feel more professional and easy to follow - Enhance existing elements like: Activity sections, Reflection prompts, Tables and diagrams - Suggest and apply a clean, calming colour palette (currently soft pastels, open to refinement) - Improve readability and flow Style I'm after: - Calm, soft, minimal (not corporate, not loud) Think: wellness / therapy / nervous system regulation Muted tones (sage, beige, soft blue) - Clean and modern, but still warm and human Not overly feminine or overly “coaching” style
