I have drawn a mock up of what I want to put into draft and have the shop measurements I’m looking for your creativity and design so I can bring this Project to life . This is just an initial first draft drawing and render which I need for council to agree to leasing change of the space. hopefully beyond this we can do all the renditions together as I progress further in the project. Draw Up CAD Plans from Existing Design Drawings Job Summary: I’m looking for a skilled draftsperson or designer to create CAD drawings based on existing design plans for a proposed two-storey residential development in Mandurah, WA. The project includes: Ground floor: 1 x 6-bedroom Class 3 dwelling First floor: 2 x 2-bedroom Class 2 units You’ll be provided with hand-drawn or PDF design plans (site plan, floor plans, and elevations) and will need to accurately convert them into CAD format (DWG/DXF) suitable for submission with a Development Application (DA) to the City of Mandurah. Requirements: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software Ability to interpret design sketches and produce clean, accurate plans Experience preparing DA or council submission drawings preferred Quick turnaround appreciated Deliverables: CAD files (DWG/DXF) of the floor plans, elevations, and site plan Printable PDF set ready for submission Location: Remote work is fine – plans and references can be shared digitally.

Hello, I have a lot of black and white line drawings with closed segments (ie all the lines within the drawing join up). I have a limited colour palette that I want to colour these drawings with. Can you help me set up an automated process to colour these artworks in Photoshop, or another app? It’s fine if the colour palette is added randomly. I basically want a randomised, automated version of the existing paint bucket tool, so that I can colour an image with many distinct segments in seconds. The drawings will need to remain high resolution, and the colour will need to be added on a seperate layer of the .PSD file, using the linework as the reference layer. I have heard other illustrators have done this but I am not really that tech savvy. PLEASE NOTE: I don’t want you to colour the drawings for me, I want help setting up an automated system to be able to quickly colour drawings myself in this way into the future. Thanks! Pls see the attached image for a sample of the illustrative style I want to colour. There are hundreds of these images though, all quite varied, but all with closed, touching linework. AGAIN: I do not want you to colour them for me, I just want help setting up an automated process so i can do it myself quickly and easily.
